Job Title: Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Intellgen Solutions Inc. as a key member of our sales leadership team.

Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. This role will also involve establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating and approving promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Act as spokesperson for an organization
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
