Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for underwriting and servicing complex accounts in accordance with established guidelines and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with brokers and/or customers
  • Execute renewal rates, evaluate, and negotiate proper rates
  • Coach and mentor junior underwriters on the team
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet the needs of our customers

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in underwriting or a related field
  • Completed, or pursuing, CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
  • Strong customer service background
  • Team-first mentality
