Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Plant Powered Ventures Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, meeting quality control requirements.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and waste is minimized.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit regular reports on food service operations, sales, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Various locations
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player
