Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our resort's public areas, guest rooms, and amenities.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors; dust furniture; vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture; make beds and change sheets; distribute clean towels and toiletries; stock linen closet; clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Handle and report lost and found items; attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items; provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris and empty trash containers; wash windows, walls, and ceilings; clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Environment: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure; repetitive tasks; attention to detail; standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus; reliability; team player.
