We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Spirit Ridge Owner Association. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel, motel, and resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests.
  • Stock linen closets to ensure a sufficient supply of linens and toiletries.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that our guests' belongings are returned to them.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Repetitive tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all areas are clean and safe for our guests.
  • Standing for extended periods to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
