The 6IX CANNABIS is seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
