About the Role

Saskatchewan Blue Cross is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our IT Data Solutions department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us leverage data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of data marts and reporting services
  • Design and deliver high-quality reports on organizational data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Technology or Computer Science with a focus on databases and data analytics
  • Experience with MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, and Power BI
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to present complex data insights in a business-friendly manner
