Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Predator Ridge Resort. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage budgets to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service and quality.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Supervision:

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 staff members, including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff.
