Job Title: Journey Orchestration Platform Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Journey Orchestration Platform Engineer to join our team at Astellas Pharma Inc. As a key member of our digital platform team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop business platforms to meet organizational needs
  • Configure and integrate various software solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems
  • Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations
  • Provide technical support to platform users and conduct training sessions
  • Participate in and contribute to various initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Data Science
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology and principles
  • Attention to detail and precision in documenting requirements and project details
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and project priorities
  • Significant hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and marketing technology platforms
  • Extensive knowledge working with creative agencies and collaborating with brand teams
  • Strong Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing knowledge
  • Experience delivering omnichannel capabilities for HCPs, Patients, and Payors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Life Sciences/Pharma industry experience
  • Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery

Working Environment:

This position is remote and based in Canada. We offer a hybrid working solution allowing time to connect with colleagues at the office with the flexibility to also work from home.
