Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Good Cure Pharmacy & Virtual Medical Clinic. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Canada.
  • Post-secondary education in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
