Duties:
Position Overview:
We are actively seeking Patient Care Aides, Health Care Assistants, and Community Health Workers to enhance our services. There are permanent full-time, part-time, relief, and casual roles available.

As a Community Health Worker, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to supporting clients' independence and their ability to remain in their homes. Community Health Workers deliver home support services by assisting with daily living activities and promoting maximum independence. Compensation for Community Health Workers ranges from $27.92 to $29.60 per hour.

As a Long-term Care Attendant (LTCA), you will play a vital role within a multi-disciplinary team, providing care and support in a long-term care environment. Under the guidance of nursing staff, LTCA's are responsible for implementing individual care plans tailored to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. The wage for Long-term Care Attendants is $29.83 per hour.

As a Health Care Assistant (Patient Care Aide), you will be an essential member of an interdisciplinary team delivering patient care in a hospital setting. Following established care plans and routines under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Aides ensure the highest quality of patient care. Compensation for Health Care Assistants (Patient Care Aides) is $29.83 per hour.
