Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Health Services Manager at Regency Park Family Practice. This is a pivotal role that requires a leader with a strong background in healthcare management, program development, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster effective teamwork and collaboration among staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the operational planning and management of service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and applicable legislation.
  • Develop and implement program goals and objectives, working closely with the Department of Community Services (DCS) Disability Support Program staff.
  • Evaluate program delivery, effectiveness, and quality assurance, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Advocate for client rights, access to resources, and ensure dignity and quality of life for all individuals facing mental health challenges.
  • Identify and respond to client community needs, recruiting, training, and supervising staff as needed.
  • Manage associated budgets, communicate company initiatives to external stakeholders, and mitigate risks for clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a health or business discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant senior leadership experience, preferably in the mental health field or supported housing.
  • Proven experience in program delivery, financial accountability, and building strong partnerships within the community.
  • Demonstrated understanding of various mental health challenges and their impact on individuals.
  • Ability to lead work teams with strategic development and organizational planning.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary certifications, including First Aid, CPR, WHMIS, and others as required.
  • Able to provide criminal record clearance.
