Job Title: Culinary Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Fox Harb'r Resort. As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food quality and presentation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to standard and customer requirements
  • Ensure all mise en place is completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Monitor food cost, portion, and waste controls
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
