We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Medical Assistance Agent to join our team at AXA Group. As a Medical Assistance Agent, you will be the first point of contact for insured clients facing medical emergencies or unexpected situations while traveling abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Identify client issues, assess their needs, and develop effective solutions to resolve their problems.
- Coordinate and manage assistance solutions, including medical evacuations, hospital admissions, and other emergency services.
- Manage and track client files, maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.
- Adhere to the terms of the client's insurance contract, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French (majority of calls in English)
- Strong writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Customer-oriented with excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills, organized, and structured
- Efficient and able to manage stress effectively
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
