Application Guidelines:

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly wage of $18.82 plus vacation pay.
- Positions require availability 30 minutes before the end of the school day, with Before school shifts typically starting at 7:30 AM and After school shifts around 2 PM.
- Potential for additional working hours.
- Children of employees can participate in the EXCEL program at no cost.
- Access to various paid training opportunities, including High Five, First Aid/CPR, and Fundamental Movement Skills.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience working with elementary-aged children.
- Familiarity with recreational programming.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team.
- High School Completion Certificate or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification is advantageous.
