Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for various construction projects.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to ensure high-quality construction.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to meet project specifications.
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Estimate costs and materials for projects, taking into account factors such as labor costs, material prices, and project timelines.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and commercial properties, including wooden structures in various industries.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely completion of projects and meet client expectations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and dusty conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to estimate costs and materials accurately.
- Knowledge of construction regulations and safety protocols.
