Precise Builders Ltd. is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial structures.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials to create structures
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Conduct site surveys and ensure building locations and levels are accurate
- Train and mentor apprentices in carpentry techniques
- Maintain and repair residential and commercial structures in various settings
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in carpentry
- Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
