We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Juanita Payacda. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Administer medications and perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
