About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Tokaido Ramen & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, preparing ingredients, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Keep records of food quantities used.
  • Package take-out food and portion and wrap foods for service.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
