About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Equipment Engineering Manager to lead our Module Test Equipment Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the effective operation of equipment engineering sections.
- Develop and implement process capabilities, strategies, and roadmaps to drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with global counterparts and suppliers to evaluate and improve tool-of-record equipment and fan-in/fan-out best known methods.
- Manage equipment capacity modeling, procurement, and maintenance to support short-term and long-term business plans.
- Engage with suppliers and vendors to drive improvements in delivery, spares management, cost, and equipment performance.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure effective and efficient risk mitigation.
- Manage new product startups and develop strategies to drive operational error reduction.
- Develop and promote technical expertise within the team through relevant training and conference attendance.
- Support Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) activities and exercise due diligence to prevent and detect safety and environmental hazards and violations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- More than 7 years of experience in Semiconductor Business, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or PCBA Manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
