Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Equipment Manager to join our team in GJ India. As the Equipment Support Section Manager, you will be responsible for all Equipment Support and Equipment/Process Engineering functions for the department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of Equipment Support and Equipment/Process Engineering functions for the department.
  2. Budgeting, recruiting, hiring, and training of Equipment/Process team to meet Test Operation output needs.
  3. Budgeting, monitoring, controlling, and improvement of Equipment/Process related expenses.
  4. Setting up all Equipment Engineering and Equipment Support processes, including maintenance procedures.
  5. Ensuring proper Equipment/process related documentation is in place for the Test site.
  6. Interacting with peers and other Departments globally as required.
  7. Monitoring, reporting, improving, and addressing issues with throughput, performance metrics, and other engineering data.
  8. Responsible for performance of all equipment in the department.
  9. Responsible for ensuring availability of equipment, materials, spares, repairs, consumables, to support the operation and manufacturing ramp-up.
  10. Performance management of the Equipment Support Team and its members.
  11. Development of the Equipment Support Team and its members from Skills and Leadership perspective.
  12. Responsible for Disciplinary issues within Equipment Section team.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 7 years technical staff leadership experience.
  2. Good communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and team building skills.
  3. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, resource, and performance management skills.
  4. Proficient with reporting and data tools and manufacturing software systems, and engineering and equipment support software applications.
  5. Extensive knowledge of ATE, burn in or/and AOI scanner/laser marker/packing equipment & process.
  6. Fluent in English.
  7. Possess an Engineering Degree.
