Job Title: Aquatic Operations Supervisor (Male/Female) Company Overview

OPSIS is dedicated to the management and operation of a variety of recreational facilities, including aquatic centers, ice sports venues, parks, sports complexes, and fitness facilities. Our services cater to municipalities across Quebec, regardless of their size.

Role Overview:
  • Serve as the primary authority during aquatic activities, ensuring proper surveillance and instructional duties as required.
  • Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
  • Maintain adherence to scheduled activities and ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee attendance, manage delays, and coordinate staff replacements.
  • Direct and supervise the team under your leadership.
  • Guarantee high standards of supervision and teaching.
  • Uphold company policies and operational directives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Manage emergency situations effectively.
  • Execute additional related responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • High sense of responsibility and proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Dependability and trustworthiness.
  • Current National Lifeguard Certification.
  • Valid Aquatic Safety Monitor Certification.
  • Current First Aid Certification - General - AED or CPR-AED Level "C".
  • Minimum of two years of lifeguarding experience.
  • Proficient in both spoken French and English.
