Job Title: Water Supervisor

Job Summary:

OPSIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Water Supervisor to join our team. As a Water Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our aquatic facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of our aquatic facilities, including water quality management, pool maintenance, and lifeguard supervision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of water quality management and pool maintenance procedures.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
