Job Summary

OPSIS is seeking a highly skilled Water Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our recreational facilities, including water parks, swimming pools, and aquatic centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage aquatic operations, including water quality, safety, and maintenance.
  • Lead a team of lifeguards and aquatic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a safe environment.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Leadership and management experience in a recreational or aquatic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of aquatic operations, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • First aid and CPR certification.
