Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Pak Madina Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Server - Food and Beverage Services to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server - Food and Beverage Services, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that our guests feel valued and respected.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen and bar staff to ensure that our guests receive prompt and efficient service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, and perform sensory evaluation of wines.
  • Supervision: Supervise other servers and bussing staff, and ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, and will be able to provide exceptional customer service in a busy restaurant setting.
