Electrical Estimator/Senior Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator/Senior Estimator to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing estimate and cost planning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present cost plans, including construction cost estimates and value engineering analyses.
  • Manage estimating and cost planning activities, ensuring effective cost analysis, cost checking, and valuation work.
  • Participate in value engineering, LEED analysis, and life cycle costing initiatives.
  • Negotiate and approve final accounts with clients and other consultants.
  • Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants throughout project stages.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of post-graduate experience as an Electrical Estimator or Senior Estimator.
  • Proven experience in preparing electrical cost estimates for complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procurement methods and experience with advising clients on value management and life cycle costing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad Navisworks, and/or other related computer software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
