Key Responsibilities of a Shipper/Receiver at Uni-Select Inc.:

  • Manage incoming shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy of packing slips and proper inventory placement.
  • Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
  • Perform driving duties as needed.
  • Facilitate the storage and distribution of products by preparing orders for shipment and restocking shelves.
  • Identify parts by verifying product numbers on pick orders.
  • Handle the shipping and receiving of dangerous goods to various locations.

Qualifications for the Ideal Shipper/Receiver:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Ability to lift heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
