Job Title: Crowd Technical Supervisor

Job Overview:
- Accountable for the design and configuration of crowd agents tailored to specific project requirements.
- Integrate crowd agents into intricate systems utilized by the effects and lighting teams.
- Oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance the crowd production pipeline.
- Devise, implement, and manage tools for digital creators.
- Collaborate with colleagues to innovate tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with artists and Technical Directors to develop tools utilizing Python and C++ APIs.
- Enhance team workflows and toolsets to meet project objectives.
- Diagnose and resolve issues for artists.
- Generate and maintain documentation for tools and processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Director role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with crowd technologies such as Houdini and Massive.
- Proficient in Houdini, VEX, CHOPs, and procedural generation.
- Experience with Nuance, MotionBuilder, or similar software is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of PySide is beneficial.
