Job Title: Agricultural Equipment Service Specialist

Job Overview:
- Conduct fundamental diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance tasks on both customer and dealer-owned agricultural and turf machinery, including Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of new units.
- Work under the guidance of the Service Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing agricultural machinery.
- Ag Technician certification preferred (Level 4 to Journeyman).
- Prior experience with John Deere machinery is advantageous.
- Capability to execute basic repairs and maintenance utilizing specialized tools and equipment in accordance with Technical Manual guidelines.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems relevant to heavy-duty and agricultural equipment repair.
- Proficient in using Service Advisor and basic computer applications.
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic evaluations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. consistently.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is necessary.
- A forklift license is a plus.
