Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for performing basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural and turf equipment. You'll work closely with our Service Manager to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order
- Use technical manuals and special tools to complete repairs and maintenance
- Operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
- 3+ years of experience performing agricultural equipment service repairs
- Ag Technician preferred (Level 4 to Journeyman)
- Previous John Deere experience preferred
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver's license with reasonable abstract required
- Forklift license preferred
