Job Title: Dean, Graduate Studies

Thompson Rivers University is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the role of Dean, Graduate Studies. As a key member of the university's academic leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of graduate programs, ensuring academic excellence and student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement graduate program strategies to enhance academic quality and student experience
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures related to graduate studies
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to promote graduate programs and attract top talent
  • Ensure compliance with university and external regulations
  • Provide leadership and support to graduate students and faculty
Requirements:
  • Earned doctorate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years or more of experience in academic administration
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
