Job Summary:

GardaWorld is seeking a seasoned Strategic Operations Leader to drive operational efficiency and excellence across our global service delivery network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our service delivery capabilities, optimize processes, and foster a culture of innovation and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline processes to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members, and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize efforts, optimize resource allocation, and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of direct management experience, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams.
  • Language Skills: Conversationally fluent in both French and English.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
