BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM professional to join our team as a BIM Coordinator. As a key member of our Architectural & Structural groups, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows for efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Review, coordinate, and manage building information models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Organize, maintain, and set up CAD data environments, providing basic training and support for project teams.
- Provide support for staff on various model formats and extraction of CAD architecture and engineering drawings from these models.
- Assist the Architecture & Structural disciplines in model establishment and coordination with internal design teams, subconsultants, clients, and contractors.
- Work collaboratively with project managers to identify, develop, and implement BIM strategies, execution plans, and workflows.
- Help develop and maintain BIM project execution plans, perform model maintenance, and assist with training and implementation of workflows.
- Coordinate with other consultants' BIM models and ensure seamless handover of information at project milestones and closeout.
