A competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year will be provided based on experience.

We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist who shares our philosophy of design through technology. While experience with digital design, production, and visualization tools is preferred, we encourage individuals who share our passion for technology in design to apply.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years' working as an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural consulting firm. A degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college is required.

The successful candidate will produce and oversee technical design and contract documents in compliance with Owner's Statement of Requirements, in collaboration with project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing and overseeing technical design and contract documents
  • Validating designs and deliverables conform to technical guidelines and code requirements
  • Providing technical design solutions for facility construction
  • Coordinating internal production teams
  • Coordinating with project sub-consultants

In addition, the successful candidate will provide technical mentoring and leadership to less experienced technical staff and assist with contract administration including site visits and working with construction contractors.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, and Microsoft 365 environment.
