As a key member of our General Counsel's Office, the Manager, Legal Operations will play a critical role in driving efficiency and innovation across our legal operations. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our legal operations, including technology and innovation roadmaps.
- Partner with procurement, accounts payable, and other stakeholders to optimize vendor and outside counsel management.
- Lead the development and management of the General Counsel's Office annual operating plan, including forecasting and accruals.
- Drive maturity in data and analytics, particularly within our Commercial practice group.
- Support hiring and onboarding initiatives, performance evaluation cadence, and other HR-related activities.
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business/operations management, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department. Your expertise should include:
- Minimum of five years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Deep experience with change management and agility practices.
- Bias toward speed and execution, with the ability to keep pace with a wide variety of operational tasks.
- Ability to influence and leverage relationships within and outside the General Counsel's Office.
- Results-oriented with a strong ability to execute on required deliverables and drive results.
