At OpenRoad Auto Group, we're committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Delivery Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their new vehicles in a timely and professional manner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in greeting and welcoming customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
  • Support the Sales team during the vehicle delivery process, coordinating new and used vehicle deliveries.
  • Promote BMW/MINI product superiority, educating customers about specifications and demonstrating vehicle features.
  • Introduce new technology into the sales process, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Prepare the showroom to ensure it's attractive and desirable for customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for cars and the ability to learn detailed product knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude and comfort with automotive technology, with a willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License and a current copy of their Abstract (ICBC driver's record) for review.
  • A second language is a strong asset.
