Position Overview

The Galaxy Motel & Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Lodging Operations Supervisor to oversee our hospitality services. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests and managing daily operations effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of staff members.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Manage inventory by requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Provide support to employees regarding their inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate the checkout process for guests, including calculating charges and processing payments.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain operations.
