Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, project manage, and launch product releases for new products.
  • Plan, project manage, and deliver marketing content that strengthens Mircom's brand and fosters business growth.
  • Plan, project manage, and launch live events and trade shows.
  • Project manage and oversee the execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns, including setup, delivery, data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Intake, triage, and prioritize marketing requests from Sales, Executive, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Management, and HR.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, resourcing, and reporting.
  • Create marketing project proposals that turn ideas into approved and actionable projects.
  • Create SOPs (standard operating procedures) for recurring activities that improve efficiency and reduce friction.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset management for marketing.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in marketing tools and best practices within and between teams and suggest improvements.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related program.
  • 3+ years in a professional marketing or agency environment.
  • PMP completed/in-progress is considered an asset.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting is considered an asset.
  • Experience in Fire, Life Safety, and Security industry is considered an asset.
  • Experience with MS-Projects is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, including ActiveCampaign, Hootsuite, is considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral), adept at engaging with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and drive project success.
  • Experience in driving marketing projects that facilitate and increase Brand visibility and sales.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to collaborate and interact effectively across multiple departments.
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Must be able to travel occasionally.
