About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our core infrastructure and APIs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable systems, designing and implementing platform-facing features, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable backend systems and components
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system performance improvement and team productivity enhancement
  3. Develop and maintain robust, reliable, and efficient backend infrastructure
  4. Work closely with product teams to design and implement platform-facing features
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems
  2. Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering large-scope technical projects
  3. Experience with Go or Python programming languages
  4. Experience with Kafka and data streaming technologies
  5. Experience with handling and processing large amounts of data
  6. Familiarity with other parts of our tech stack (Postgres, K8s, Redis, AWS)
