About the Job

Adecco Canada is excited to present a unique opportunity for a seasoned British Columbia Land Surveyor to join a leading firm in land surveying and geomatics services across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive land surveys for residential, commercial, industrial, and energy projects.
  • Perform boundary determinations, construction staking, and as-built surveys with precision.
  • Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software for accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Participate in project planning, feasibility studies, and regulatory reporting.
  • Mentor current articling students.
Requirements
  • Professional Land Surveyor (BCLS) designation in British Columbia.
  • A minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience.
  • Proficiency with modern surveying equipment and software, including GPS, total stations, and GIS applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and the willingness to travel to project sites as required.
