Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Savers. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for making important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of retail team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Make decisions that impact store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
