Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for immersing yourself in the competitive and commercial marketplace for our Machine Vision and Fixed Industrial Scanning portfolio of products. You will develop customer-facing technical messaging and materials, as well as sales enablement content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a cross-functional team to develop technical marketing programs to support our position as an industry leader in the machine vision industry.
  • Manage the creation of technical content from inception through delivery.
  • Support the development and training of channel partners to deliver technical solutions for our business.
  • Guide product lifecycle programs, working in alignment with vertical marketing leads, channel marketing managers, and field marketing managers.
  • Guide AR, PR, Social, and Corporate Communications programs for our responsible products.
  • Ensure we deliver on strategy and messaging for our products at key events.
  • Monitor and drive organizational response to primary competitors' regional marketing campaigns, messaging, etc.
  • Manage the creation of technical content from inception through delivery.
  • Support our portfolio's product pipeline – marketing influenced and driven.
  • Ensure successful adoption of enablement materials.
  • Provide voice of customer input into our global product marketing team.
  • Support impactful portfolio-specific, cross-vertical initiatives in our region.
Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization environment.
  • Ability to technically understand how our products deliver a solution.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated lifecycle product marketing experience, from NPI to EOL.
  • Understanding of holistic go-to-market readiness, especially readiness of different channels for our portfolio at large.
  • Competitive analysis, with a focus on neutralizing and responding to marketing tactics in our region.
  • Demonstrated willingness to actively participate with vertical, channel, and regional marketing teams.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing or sales experience, including product marketing, and/or comparable product management/development experience within the B2B technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Vision and Fixed Industrial Scanning.
  • Approximately 10% domestic and international travel.
