Your Role: The Café Operations Leader is tasked with driving operational success and ensuring an outstanding guest experience through exceptional service and hospitality. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide team members in consistently delivering exceptional hospitality to all guests.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities for enhancing the guest experience.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a high-performing team dedicated to service excellence and business objectives.
- Offer coaching and support to team members, ensuring clear pathways for personal and professional growth.
- Develop a strong partnership with kitchen management to align on operational goals and initiatives.
- Engage with local stakeholders to enhance community awareness and support.
- Balance daily operational tasks with both short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Create a solid foundation for operational success through clear role definitions, goals, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and oversee preventative maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with corporate offices to leverage resources for ongoing training and communication.
- Build trusting relationships with fellow leaders to promote effective communication and best practices sharing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management systems and processes.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
