Job Title: Café Regional Manager

About Ciclo Espresso:

Ciclo Espresso is a dynamic and growing Italian-inspired café chain seeking a Café Regional Manager to join our team. As a Café Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of three locations, managing staff, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, tracking finances, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of café staff to achieve exceptional guest experiences and peak performance.
  • Manage all aspects of café operations, including staff operations, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Track finances and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Be familiar with Tock and Squirrel systems.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of previous management experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment managing multiple locations.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Punctual and reliable team player with superior interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

Full-time salary of $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus tips. Benefits included. Our goal is to foster an inclusive diverse environment with equal opportunity.
