Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 13662918 Canada Inc. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 3-4 food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen and food service helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
    • Coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development of staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food service operations.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Work Conditions
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
