Senior Communications Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Advisor to join our team at Tolko Industries. As a key member of our corporate services group, you will play a critical role in promoting our value of Open Communication and supporting engagement within and across our Operating and Business Service Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to support business priorities.
  • Provide strategic counsel and communications support to Tolko leaders and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with Operating and Service Teams to bolster employee engagement and strategic alignment through the use of standardized tools and processes across the business.
  • Understand, engage, and be an ambassador for the services model, our brand, and communication processes on behalf of the Communications Team.
  • Work as part of an emergency response team to support issues affecting Tolko.
  • Prepare briefs for senior management as required.
  • Travel frequently to operations sites (anticipate a minimum of once per quarter).
