Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Representative to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email to schedule service appointments and respond to inquiries.
  • Coordinate internal work with Service, Parts, and Sales Department staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize dealership call scripts and templates to communicate with customers and provide accurate information.
  • Update customer information and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals established by the Service Manager.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager, including administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of dealership experience preferred.
  • Experience with CDK and Xtime programs considered an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and adapt.
