Job Title: Financial Services Representative

LendX Financial Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, and investment
  • Complete credit and loan documentation
  • Forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
  • Interview applicants for loans
  • Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking services
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services
  • Review and update credit and loan files
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Accurate and efficient interpersonal skills
