Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Representative to join our team at Pal Logistics. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients by proposing solutions to address their financial objectives
  • Interview applicants for loans and evaluate their financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay the loan
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients
  • Research and evaluate loan applications and submit them to management for approval
  • Review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Promote financial products and services to clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage finances or budget to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a financial services role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
