{"The Opportunity": "At RW&CO., we're seeking a talented Textile Print Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our fashion trends to life with vibrant patterns, graphics, and artwork.

Your primary responsibilities will include researching the latest fashion trends, creating a wide range of designs, colors, prints, and patterns that align with our brand direction. You'll also prepare technical packages with detailed design specifications to ensure accurate strike-offs and patterns. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring all documentation is accurately entered into our system.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a college diploma in Design, Graphic Design, or Art, as well as a minimum of 2 years of related experience. You'll also need excellent Photoshop and Illustrator skills, as well as the ability to understand the technical aspects of the creative process.
